Your personal Midwife will facilitate a tailored face to face postnatal class covering

• general information
• physiology of breastfeeding
• Common breastfeeding challenges
• normal newborn behaviour
• what to expect in the first few days and early weeks
• common newborn challenges

 Class includes follow up email with overview of what we discussed and any resources we have covered.

This postnatal class will be tailored to you and your individual needs.

This class is face to face for Bam Bam and Me customers across the Gold Coast, 2 Hours session.
